No-Bake Chocolate Honey Peanut Butter Crunch Bites

Ingredients

  • - 1 cup rolled oats
  • - 1/2 cup honey
  • - 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • - 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • - 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • - 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • - 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Mix oats, cocoa powder, and chia seeds in a bowl.
  • Warm honey and peanut butter in a saucepan until smooth.
  • Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
  • Pour wet mixture over dry ingredients and mix well.
  • Fold in mini chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
  • Scoop tablespoon-sized portions and roll into balls.
  • Refrigerate for 30 minutes to firm up.
