Ingredients
- 1 pound 90% lean ground beef
- 1 (15-ounce) can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 (9.25-ounce) bag corn chips (Doritos or Fritos)
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 large onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet, heat canola oil over medium heat. Sauté diced onion for about 5 minutes until softened, then add garlic and cook for another minute.
- Add ground beef to the skillet, browning it thoroughly while draining excess fat. Stir in taco seasoning.
