  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 10 oz diced tomatoes with green chiles
  • 1 1/2 cups beef broth
  • 3 tbsp tomato paste
  • 3 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 12 oz spaghetti (cooked al dente)
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)

Instructions

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and sauté the diced onion until soft. Add minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
  3. Add ground beef, cooking until browned. Drain excess fat.
  4. Stir in taco seasoning, diced tomatoes, beef broth, tomato paste, and cream cheese. Cook until the sauce is creamy.
  5. Combine cooked spaghetti with the sauce and mix well until coated.
  6. Serve warm, garnished with optional cilantro if desired.
