  4. Allow the dough to bulk ferment at room temperature for 3–4 hours until nearly doubled.
  5. Shape into a ball and let rise in a floured basket for 2 hours.
  6. Preheat your oven to 460°F (238°C) with a dutch oven inside during the final proof.
  7. Score the dough and bake in the dutch oven for 30 minutes covered, then an additional 10 minutes uncovered.
  8. Cool before slicing.
