  • 2 1/2 lbs baby creamer potatoes (halved)
  • 1 1/2 lbs beef smoked sausage (sliced)
  • 1 large yellow onion (diced)
  • 1 green bell pepper (diced)
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp Slap Ya Mama seasoning
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 4 Tbsp butter (cubed)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13 baking dish.
  2. Toss halved potatoes with olive oil and seasonings in a large bowl.
  3. Add sliced sausage, onion, and bell pepper; mix until combined.
  4. Transfer mixture to the baking dish and dot with cubed butter.
