  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 4 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter

Instructions

  1. Prepare your vegetables by washing the potatoes and slicing the onion.
  2. Add the potatoes, carrots, and onion to the slow cooker. Place cubed butter on top.
