  • ⅓ cup butter (for caramel sauce)
  • 3 tbsp coffee creamer (for caramel sauce)
  • salt (for caramel sauce)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a bundt pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix dry ingredients: flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. Blend butter and creamer until smooth; add eggs and vanilla.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed; pour into bundt pan.
  5. Bake for about 50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. While baking, prepare the caramel sauce by melting sugar and adding butter and cream once golden brown.
  7. Cool the cake for 10 minutes before inverting onto a plate; drizzle with warm caramel sauce before serving.
