Description

Ingredients

  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk (300ml/14oz)
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups dried coconut
  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Stir in graham cracker crumbs, dried coconut, and chocolate chips until well mixed.
  3. Refrigerate mixture for about 1 hour until firm.
  4. Roll small portions (about 1 1/4 inches) into balls.
  5. Roll each ball in extra graham cracker crumbs for added crunch.
  6. Chill on a baking sheet until firm before serving.
