  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 2/3 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a baking dish.
  2. Boil spaghetti noodles until al dente; drain and toss with olive oil.
  3. In a stand mixer, blend cream cheese, cottage cheese, and sour cream until smooth.
