- 4 large diced potatoes
- 1 cup diced onions
- 2 cups milk
- 3 chicken bouillon cubes
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 6 slices turkey bacon
Instructions
- In a large saucepan over medium-high heat, cook the diced potatoes in enough water to cover until tender.
- Add milk, bouillon cubes, onions, parsley, garlic powder, basil, salt, pepper, hot sauce, and one slice of bacon to the cooked potatoes. Mix well.
