Ingredients

  • 3 cups Honey Nut Cheerios

  • 1/2 cup honey

  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • Pinch of salt

  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)


Instructions

  • Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper.

  • Gently heat honey and peanut butter in a saucepan, stirring until smooth.

  • Remove from heat, stir in vanilla and salt.

  • Pour mixture over cereal in a large bowl; mix well.

  • Press into the pan firmly.

  • Top with chocolate chips if desired.

  • Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before cutting into bars.
