  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar (for crust)
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup honey bun or cinnamon roll icing
  • 1/2 cup crushed honey bun or cinnamon roll pieces (optional)
  • Caramel sauce (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. For the crust, mix graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter. Press into a 9-inch springform pan and bake for 10 minutes. Let cool.
  3. In a mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add sugar, vanilla extract, and eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in ground cinnamon.
  4. Pour the filling over the cooled crust and bake for 60-70 minutes until set but slightly jiggly in the center.
  5. Turn off the oven and let it cool inside for an hour before refrigerating for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  6. Before serving, drizzle honey bun icing on top and add optional caramel sauce.
