- 1 pound ground pork
- 1 large yellow onion (finely diced)
- 4 garlic cloves (minced)
- 3 large eggs (beaten)
- 2/3 cup whole milk
- 3/4 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
- 1 cup favorite BBQ sauce
- 1/3 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 teaspoons sea salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan
- 1/4 cup grape jelly
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
- Sauté the diced onion and minced garlic in a skillet until softened, then let cool.
- In a bowl, mix beaten eggs, milk, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and thyme. Let sit for 5 minutes.
- Add the cooled onion mixture and both meats to the bowl; combine gently without overmixing.
