- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

Instructions
- In a large soup pot over medium heat, warm the olive oil. Add the ground beef along with the diced onion, celery, and garlic. Cook until the beef is thoroughly browned.
- Stir in the diced potatoes and pour in the beef broth. Add the diced tomatoes (with juice), tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Bring to a simmer for about 10 minutes.
- Add the frozen mixed vegetables and let simmer for an additional 15-20 minutes until potatoes are tender.
