These Garlic Butter Honey BBQ Beef Tacos bring together sweet, smoky, and savory flavors in a taco you’ll crave again and again.
Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
2 tbsp butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup honey
1/2 cup BBQ sauce
1 tsp smoked paprika
Salt and pepper, to taste
8 small taco shells
Shredded lettuce, for topping
Diced tomatoes, for topping
Shredded cheese, for topping
Instructions
1. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
2. Add ground beef, cook until browned, and drain excess fat.
3. Stir in honey, BBQ sauce, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 3–4 minutes.
4. Warm taco shells and fill them with the beef mixture.
5. Top with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and shredded cheese. Serve immediately.
Notes
Use any BBQ sauce you like—smoky, spicy, or sweet.
Ground chicken or turkey works as a substitute for beef.
Leftover filling can be stored for up to 3 days.
