Description

These Garlic Butter Honey BBQ Beef Tacos bring together sweet, smoky, and savory flavors in a taco you’ll crave again and again.

Ingredients

Scale

1 lb ground beef

2 tbsp butter

2 cloves garlic, minced

1/4 cup honey

1/2 cup BBQ sauce

1 tsp smoked paprika

Salt and pepper, to taste

8 small taco shells

Shredded lettuce, for topping

Diced tomatoes, for topping

Shredded cheese, for topping

Instructions

1. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.

2. Add ground beef, cook until browned, and drain excess fat.

3. Stir in honey, BBQ sauce, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 3–4 minutes.

4. Warm taco shells and fill them with the beef mixture.

5. Top with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and shredded cheese. Serve immediately.

Notes

Use any BBQ sauce you like—smoky, spicy, or sweet.

Ground chicken or turkey works as a substitute for beef.

Leftover filling can be stored for up to 3 days.
