  • 2/3 cup low-sodium beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons aged balsamic vinegar
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
