Ingredients
- 5-pound pork shoulder roast
- 2 large sweet onions (sliced)
- 2 tablespoons McCormick Grill Mates Roasted Garlic & Herb Seasoning Mix
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups chicken broth
Instructions
