Description

This creamy spicy buffalo chicken pasta skillet brings bold heat and rich, cheesy comfort to the table—all in one pan.

Ingredients

Scale

1 lb cooked chicken, shredded or diced

12 oz fettuccine or penne pasta

2 cups chicken broth

1 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup buffalo sauce

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

2 tbsp cream cheese

1 tbsp olive oil or butter

1 tsp garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Green onions or parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

1. Heat olive oil or butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the cooked chicken and season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes until heated through.

2. Add chicken broth, heavy cream, buffalo sauce, and uncooked pasta. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low. Simmer, stirring occasionally, until pasta is cooked (about 10-12 minutes).

3. Stir in Parmesan, mozzarella, and cream cheese until the sauce is creamy and smooth.

4. Serve warm, garnished with green onions or parsley if desired.

Notes

For extra heat, add crushed red pepper or more buffalo sauce.

Use rotisserie chicken to save time.

Add a splash of broth when reheating to keep it creamy.
