Instructions
- In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and cook the crumbled sausage until browned, about 5 minutes. Drain excess grease.
- Stir in rigatoni, chicken broth, heavy cream, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, and tomato sauce. Mix well.
- Bring to a boil; cover and cook for 10-15 minutes or until pasta is al dente, stirring frequently.
- Add the fresh spinach and stir until wilted, about 2 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving hot.
