Description
These no-bake cranberry almond energy squares are chewy, naturally sweetened, and loaded with healthy oats, almonds, and dried cranberries. They’re the perfect snack for meal prep, busy days, school lunches, or post-workout fuel.
Ingredients

1 ½ cups rolled oats

1 cup almonds, chopped

½ cup dried cranberries, chopped

½ cup almond butter

⅓ cup honey or maple syrup

1 tsp vanilla extract

Pinch of salt
Instructions

Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.

In a small saucepan over low heat, warm almond butter and honey (or maple syrup) until smooth and combined.

Stir in vanilla extract and a pinch of salt.

In a large bowl, mix the oats, chopped almonds, and chopped cranberries.

Pour the warm almond butter mixture over the dry ingredients.

Stir everything together until well coated.

Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and press it down firmly and evenly using a spatula.

Refrigerate for 1–2 hours, or until the mixture is firm.

Lift from the pan using the parchment paper and slice into squares. Enjoy!
