  • 1 package (12 count) Hawaiian rolls
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 6 slices thick-cut bacon
  • 1 jalapeño pepper
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • Cowboy butter (see recipe in full article)
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1/2 yellow onion, diced
  • 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1 tablespoon hamburger seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon crispy fried onions

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking dish by spraying it with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. In a skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium heat. Sauté diced onion and minced garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, seasoned salt, and hamburger seasoning; cook until browned. Drain excess grease if needed.
