Description

Cookies & Cream Brownies are an indulgent treat that beautifully combines the rich taste of red velvet with crunchy Oreo pieces and creamy white chocolate chips.


Ingredients

  • 1 box red velvet cake mix (15.25 ounces)
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup crushed Oreo cookies (about 1012 cookies)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line a 9×9-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine red velvet cake mix, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.
  3. Gently fold in white chocolate chips and crushed Oreos until evenly distributed.
  4. Spread the batter into the prepared baking pan and bake for 25-30 minutes. Check for doneness with a toothpick—it should come out with moist crumbs.
  5. Allow the brownies to cool completely before cutting them into squares.
