  • 8 ounces angel hair pasta
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 red onion, sliced into half-moons
  • ½ red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • ½ yellow bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • ½ green bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 4 cloves garlic, crushed
  • ½ cup dry white wine
  • ½ cup whipping cream
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated

  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook the angel hair pasta according to package instructions, reserving 1 cup of pasta water before draining.
  2. Dredge chicken tenders in seasoned flour and sear in olive oil until golden brown; set aside.

  4. Stir in reserved pasta water and cream; mix in Parmesan cheese until smooth.
