Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 yellow onion
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1¼ pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1½ teaspoons Italian seasoning
- ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 cup provolone cheese
- Kosher salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sauté sliced onion and bell peppers until soft (6–8 minutes). Transfer to a plate.
