  • 16 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour (plus more for dusting)
  • Powdered sugar (for dusting)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese and sour cream until smooth. Add sugar and mix until fluffy.
