  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups grated carrots
  • ½ cup crushed pineapple (drained)
  • Optional: ½ cup chopped walnuts

Instructions
