Ingredients

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 chicken breasts, diced

1 packet ranch seasoning mix

1/2 cup buffalo sauce

3 cups chicken broth

12 ounces penne pasta, uncooked

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Chopped green onions, for garnish


Instructions

1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until browned. Sprinkle with ranch seasoning.

2. Stir in buffalo sauce and chicken broth. Bring to a simmer.

3. Add uncooked penne pasta. Cover and cook for 10–12 minutes, stirring occasionally.
