  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Thai sweet chili sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sriracha
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • ½ teaspoon lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Cut salmon into 1-inch cubes and toss with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper (if using), salt, and black pepper until well coated.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook salmon cubes for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown.
  3. Bake at 400°F for 10-12 minutes or air fry at 375°F for 8-10 minutes until cooked through.
  4. In a mixing bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Thai sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and lime juice until smooth.
  5. Toss cooked salmon with the sauce and garnish with parsley before serving.
