  • 1/4 cup light brown sugar
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 16 oz cream cheese
  • 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup mashed bananas

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C) and line an 8-inch square baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, brown sugar, and melted butter. Mix until evenly moistened and press into the bottom of the prepared dish. Refrigerate while preparing the filling.
  3. Using a mixer, beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add sweetened condensed milk, sour cream, and vanilla extract; mix until well combined. Gently fold in mashed bananas.
  4. Pour filling over the chilled crust and bake for about 40 minutes or until firm around the edges.
  5. Allow to cool completely before refrigerating for at least 4 hours. Slice into squares to serve.
