  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 large egg (room temperature)
  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup mashed overripe bananas (about 2 large)
  • 3/4 cup chocolate chips

Instructions
