Description

Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 slices of thick bread
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Cooking spray
  • Optional toppings: shredded cheese, avocado slices, crumbled bacon, fresh herbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 340°F (170°C).
  2. Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray and place the slices of bread inside.
  3. Use the bottom of a glass to create an indent in each slice of bread.
  4. Crack an egg into each indent and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Cook in the air fryer for about 8 minutes.
  6. If desired, add cheese during the last minute of cooking for melty goodness.
  7. Carefully remove the toast using a spatula and serve warm.
